"Alcune edizioni dell'Alceo": p. 87-89.L'Aminta is a pastoral drama of Arcadia, a paradise mentioned in poetry of ancient Greece. The lyrical play presents a series of vignettes that culminate in the shepherd Aminta's long-sought attainment of his beloved, Silvia. The play reflects an idealization of court life.
