General NotesA cylindrical fragment with diameter 3 1/4 inc. at base and 1 1/2 in. at top. Found at Madayen, a suburb of Tello in central Babylonia. Date ca.4500 B.C. A dedicatory inscription from Entemenia, one of the very earliest kings of Babylonian history.
