Descriptive Caption: "Let 'er come, " says A.H. Smythe and old timer at Kettle Falls, "I've got me a piece of ground back yonder from the high water mark, and I've got most of my house already built on it." Mr. & Mrs. Smythe are shown at what remains of their old home, which will be completely under water with the backing up of the Coulee Dam Reservoir. "The water can't get here too quick to suit me, " says Mr. Smythe. "It will be just like living on a lake then." Neg. No. C-335
