A. F. Hill died at 11:45 o'clock last night, at 613 [very faint type] Union street, of consumption, aged 69 years.

Old Resident of Seattle Dead

A. F. Hill, of this city, whose death was announced in the Post-Intelligencer yesterday morning, had been a resident of this city for thirty years. He was born in Augusta, Me., in 1837. When he first came to Puget sound he worked at Port Gamble. In 1889 he ran a cigar store on Yesler way near Pioneer place. He was a member of Stevens Post, G. A. R. He leaves a wife, one daughter, Hannah, and four stepchildren, Mrs. James McIntyre, Mrs. Stuhl, William and James Barry. Mr. Hill's estate is of considerable value.

The funeral of the late Alonzo E[.sic] Hill will take place today from the Church of the Immaculate Conception, at 3:30 [very faint type].
