PHILLIPS - At the family residence, 511 Sixteenth avenue north, September 9, 1908, Henry F. Phillips, father of Mrs. H. S. Frye, aged 74 years.

The funeral service will be at the family residence, Friday at 3 p.m. under the auspices of Eureka Lodge, No. 20, F. & A. M., escorted by Seattle Commandery, No. 9, Knights Templar. Friends invited.
