WILLIAMS - At 220 Aloha street, Seattle, Sunday, October 18, 1896, of dropsy, James M. Williams, aged 53 years.

Services will be held this afternoon at 2 o'clock at Butterworth's undertaking rooms.

Death of James M. Williams

James M. Williams died yesterday morning at his residence, 220 Aloha street, of dropsy, aged 53 years. He had been a resident of this city for seven years and was well known. Mrs. W. E. Dwyer and Mrs. E. G. Davis are his daughters. Mr. Williams was born at Lyndon, Vt., and lived in his native state for many years. He was a member of Eureka lodge, No. 29, F. & A. M. and of Stevens Post, G. A. R. His widow who survives him is bedridden.
