Electric Park was home of the Aberdeen Black Cats of the Northwestern League. The opening game was between Aberdeen and the Tacoma Tigers in 1908. The stadium seated about 3, 500 and was located at Myrtle and Oak Streets, on the border of Aberdeen and Hoquiam. Overflow crowds for the games would sit in a roped off area in the outfield and some fans took in the game from Kidder's Bluff overlooking left field.
