Typed label on verso of image (University of Washington Negative Number UW20653z) taken on the same day during the same W.E.R.A. project: Pre-Cast Slab Laying: (106) Laying Slabs on Beacon Avenue, showing trucks used in transporting material from slab manufacturing plant, and in the laying operation. Many men sorely in need of employment received work on this worthwhile project.
