This
is
a
more
modern
pattern
and was
first
created
during
the
20th
century.
Cockerell
and
Sons
used
this
pattern
quite
often
in their
marble
paper
production.
This
pattern
is
created
by
first
starting
with a
Lotus
base
, and then a
comb
with
one
set
of
teeth
set
in
wide
intervals
is
drawn
through
the
bath
once
horizontally
in
very
slight
wave-like
lines.
This
causes
the
appearance
of
faint
horizontal
'tear'
shapes
which
resemble
whirls.
The
primary
colors
for this
light
tan
paper
are
green
,
black
and
dark
blue.
