| Title | Vintage 18th c. paste paper, daubed and pulled |
| Artist | Unknown |
| Date | 1762 |
| Descriptive Notes | Loring: pulled paste paper.
This paste paper is mostly likely created by covering a piece of paper with a colored paste. Then another piece of paper would be laid down on top of it and they would be pressed slightly together. As the papers are being pulled apart from one another branching veins appear, characteristic of this type of paste paper.
The primary colors for this example are pink, purple and yellow.
