| Photographer | Unknown |
| Date | 1949 |
| Notes | Images documenting the 1949 Bikini-Eniwetok Resurvey Project.
Name changes: Eniwetok is now known as Enewetak Caption in scrapbook: The Protestant school Most of the people on Likiep are Protestant, because the Congregationalist Board of Missions has been sending teachers and missionaries to the islands for almost a century. This small school building stood not far from the Protestant Church and the teacher was a Mrs. Heine, who had received training at the headquarters at Ebon. In any event, the school was small and had little of the equipment and none of the postwar freshness of Father Feeney's mission at the edge of the lagoon.
