Caption in scrapbook: The strange plants of Eniwetok [now known as Enewetak] Here a stem of an abnormal plant of the species Ipomoea grandiflora, is shown. In the upper right portion of the picture can be seen a normal stem with leaves of the same species. On the abnormal stem, the leaves are represented by tumorous growths.
