Willcox and Arthur Lovelace in 1915. Graduated from University of Pennsylvania, 1921. Partnered with Lionel Pries, 1928-1932. Camouflage director, Washington state, 1942. Responsible for camouflaging Boeing plant. HARRISON OVERTURF, b. 7-10-1908. Washington State AIA chapter president, 1958-1959.
