NotesLeft pattern: Sleeveless dress in black velvet with a straight skirt, and a draped wrapover bodice in silver and gold wool that fastens at the hip with a knot; extra fabric forms a long train. Low V-shaped neckline infilled with white silk.

Center pattern: Sleeveless dress with a wide neckline. Bodice and yoke of skirt in white taffeta embroidered with a floral design. Yoke of bodice and full skirt in tiers of green Georgette. Skirt gathered to the bodice at the waistline under applied pleats.

Right pattern: Dress in gray rep fabric. Unfitted bodice with a deep V-shaped neckline infilled with dark gray. Yoke of bodice in matching dark gray. Full inset sleeves with flared cuffs in dark gray trimmed with panels of gray rep and buttons. Skirt in gray and dark gray with inverted box pleats. Skirt joins bodice at a low waist under panels of gray rep. Dress finished with a necktie sash in silver lame knotted at the waist.
