NotesLeft pattern: Dropwaist dress in silver crepe georgette with a pleated skirt in chiffon. Yoke of bodice also in chiffon and trimmed with a bow applied at the throat. Dress finished with a pleated belt fastened around the hips. Worn with a silk jacket with wide sleeves, and trimmed along the hemline with fur.

Right pattern: Dropwaist dress in navy taffeta with a gathered skirt trimmed at the hem in a wide band of plaid ribbon. Sash in a matching ribbon tied around the low waistline and fastened in a bow at the lower back. Wide cuffs gathered at the wrist in white organdy with tiers of red embroidery. Matching collar in white organdy trimmed along the edge with red embroidery and finished with a red bow applied at the front.
