| Notes | Pattern No. 4472: Coat with wide cuffs and collar, kimono-style sleeves, and an "inverted plait at either side, from the waistline to the lower edge." "Front sections button over the back section" under the arms. Belt is drawn under narrow straps at the side back, through slashes under the arms and at the front sides, and fastens in the center front. Worn with a simple skirt, and accessorized with an umbrella, fringed scarf, and flat-brimmed hat trimmed with a ribbon bow and veil.
