| Notes | Pattern No. 4691: Shirtwaist with bias-cut sleeves, frilling at the neckline, and set-in sections that are "cut sufficiently long to turn up, forming pockets with the skirt at either side." Belt is tied at the center back, and shirtwaist and skirt are trimmed at the back with a row of buttons. Accessorized with a wide-brimmed hat turned up at the left.
