NotesPattern No. 3721: Dress with double collar, and sleeves that are "gathered to straight cuffs rolled back at the wrists and faced." Both the collars and cuff facings are of a contrasting material. Neckline is fastened with two button closures. Wide girdle fastens at the left side with buttons. Accessorized with a wide brimmed hat pinned up at the front and trimmed with a feather.
