NotesPattern No. 4781: Collared wrap that is slashed at either side for a straight belt that buckles at the front; the slashes are finished with "a narrow applied fold and cornered with embroidered arrows." "Slashes are extended for the inserted pockets which are edged wtih a narrow lap." Worn over a simple skirt and blouse. Accessorized with an umbrella and a picture hat trimmed with flowers.
