NotesPattern No. 4778: Shirtwaist with a square neck and kimona-style sleeves that are "darted to the elbow at the lower edge and fastened with buttons." Embroidered material is set-in at the forearm and along the armhole of the shirtwaist. Shirtwaist is trimmed with buttons and the square neck is finished with embroidery.
