NotesPattern No. 4796: Kimona-style shirtwaist with a "crushed girdle that ties at the back under an applied bow" and a round collar "trimmed with two small tassels of cut metal beads." Shirtwaist is seamed across the chest with the lower section in contrasting material. "Pointed skeleton sections of a transparent material" extend from the shoulders to the girdle. Three-quarter length sleeves are trimmed in ruffles. Skirt is draped at the right side and a short peplum "finished with narrow frilling" extends along the left side. Bottom edge of skirt is trimmed with a ruffle. Accessorized with a fur stole.
