NotesPattern No. 4654: Sleeves are "slashed and trimmed with wide bands of lace and ribbon." Collar is gathered and trimmed with a tiny ribbon bow. Shirtwaist and skirt panel are trimmed with wide bands of lace and tiny ribbon bows. Off-the-ground skirt with two applied flounces. Frock is finished with a narrow ribbon around the waist that ties at the left. Accessorized with a flower-covered picture hat and an open parasol.
