NotesPattern No. 4565: Kimona underblouse with sleeves that are "gathered to deep fitted cuffs finished by narrow turn-back flare cuffs." Waistcoat has an apron panel, and is finished with a trimming band along the neckline and a ribbon girdle that ties at the left. Waistcoat can be "worn over various simple underblouses." Accessorized with white kid gloves and a flat-brimmed hat with a deep crown and trimmed with ribbon.

Pattern No. 4566: Collared underblouse with sleeves with a "close-fitting cuff." Waistcoat is finished with a narrow girdle that ties at the left, and can be "worn over various simple blouses." Accessorized with a flat-brimmed hat with a deep crown and trimmed with a rose.
