NotesPattern No. 4538-39: Shirtwaist with decorative front panel and sleeves "slightly flared at the wrist." Hobble skirt with decorative belt and tunic that flows from the hips. Accessorized with a beret-like hat with a pompom.

Pattern No. 4540: Collared frock with a "draped tunic" that wraps around the hobble skirt. Accessorized with a wide-brimmed hat pinned up on the left.
