Text: Home Costume: A dress of fawn coloured gros de Naples with six narrow full flounces at the border; three of these flounces are reversed; the other three fall over each other in the usual style and the six are separated by rouleau. The body of this dress is made quite plain and high; the sleeves rather loose, but not enormously wide and the fullness is confined from the wrist to the middle of the arm below the elbow, leaving the puckerings distinct between which produces a vey pleasing effect. A belt of the same material as the dress, confines the waist with a small rosette behind. A double Vandyke pelerine of Urling's lace covers the neck and shields a part of the bust. The hair is arranged a la Milanese with white satin bows of ribbon. There is a peculiar charm of elegance and neatness inthis domestic costume.
