NotesOverskirts lifted up and looped at back to create a bustle falling sometimes to a long train on the ground. Dresses are decorated with flounces and ruching. Sleeves are tight fitting with high or squared-offed necklines. Dresses are worn with fichus and capes. Hair is dressed with masses of curls or chignon at the back. Hats are worn forward on the head.
