NotesLeft to right: Magenta gown with small dark figures. Rose-red bonnet, white mantilla caught with tassels at a bertha top. Small ruffled and tasseled parasol; Dark gray dress with with self-color fringe and tassels, lighter gray piping and carved pearl buttons. Corselet front and apron give princess form to gown. Underskirt in narrow, lighter gray stripes with piped scallops. White hat and plume, red bow; Black and white costume of patterned and plain fabric. Round corselet, skirt slashed to show small frill of the underskirt. White hat with bright cobalt blue bow; Buff coat costume, strap decoration done in black braid. White hat, red trim and strings; Black lace Figaro jacket with epaulettes cut with a bertha top. Cobalt blue gown with elaborate black-braided tabs, ruching with pinked edge set over a carefully pleated bias-cut flounce at the hem.
