| Contextual Notes | Millersylvania State Park is a large public park on Deep Lake 11 miles south of Olympia in central Thurston County. The park offers camping, swimming, fishing, and boating. It is named for Frederich Miller, an Austrian who built an estate on Deep Lake, and donated 720 acres to the state for park purposes.
