An abbreviated version of the well-known counting rhyme "Ten Little Niggers" in which the couplets are written in dialect, the depictions are stereoptyical, the stupidity of the subjects is implied, and there is derogatory reference to "nigs" throughout the song.
The back cover depicts a boy standing beside a house and whistling to another boy who is inside the house and watching him from a window.
