The book is bound in printed paper wrappers and to preserve it, someone created a cloth jacket.
This is an illustrated Mother Goose with all the classic nursery rhymes. In the introduction entitled: "What Mother Goose has to say for herself" she claims that nursery rhymes are equally as important as more scholarly books. She ends by stating "No, no, my Melodies will never die, While nurses sing, or babies cry."
