| Title | Crowded street scene with Tenakee Pool Room, Alaska Studio, and Liberty Theater visible, Tenakee[?], n.d. |
| Photographer | Unknown |
| Date | n.d. |
| Notes | Visible in the image are: at center, Tenakee Pool Room, to its right, Alaska Studio, and to the far right, the Liberty Theater. CinemaTour, which lists cinemas around the world, has pictures of historic Liberty Theater, but it is in Seward.[http://www.cinematour.com/tour.php?db=us&id=7266] Could this picture actually be from Seward, despite the "Tenakee" Pool Room? A search of Tenakee (also known as Tenakee Springs) history reveals that it has always been a village, with even 2000 census data showing just about 100 people. Therefore, a movie theater in Tenakee, not to mention the large crowd in the photo, seems unlikely.
