| Advertisement Text | Upon retiring at night the hair should be brushed carefully, but not plaited or bound in any way...The French way to bleach the teeth is to dip a tiny pad of cotton in tincture of iodine and then rub it on the teeth, taking great care to avoid the gums...Too much sleep will increase the flesh. If you wish to be slim you should not sleep more than seven or eight hours...For inflamed skin use 1 dram boracic acid, 2 ounces distilled witchhazel and 2 ounces of rose water.
