AuthorSansani Wirasinchai
AbstractThe article features the biography of Princess Naphaphonprapha, daughter of King Rama IV and half-sister of King Rama V. She was named the ""Encyclopaedia of the Royal Place"" for her versatility. While King Rama V was travelling in Europe, she was appointed to take care of the Royal Palace. This, the author argues, was the duty that very few women in the past could be in charge.
