AbstractThe author writes about three poems in Thai literature. The poems were written to serve different objectives. The first poem was entitled ""Sawatdiraksa"". It provides Thai men with knowledge concerning everyday life. The second poem was named ""Suphasit son ying"". It was aimed to teach Thai women how to behave appropriately. The last poem, entitled ""Suphasit son dek"", was written for teaching Thai children to behave morally.
