| Caption | Lynden, Washington has hosted an International Plowing Match since 1941. Plowing teams are judged on a number of different criteria, including completeness of cutting the sod throughout the whole length and width of the split, uniformity and closeness of furrow slices, and overall neatness with no wheel marks visible. |
