| Caption | Starting in the late 1930s, the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company (called the Milwaukee Road) and the Seattle Times Ski School owned and operated the Snoqualmie Ski Bowl near Hyak, Washington. The area, near Snoqualmie Pass, had ski runs and a large lodge. |
