| Caption | According to an article in the "Renton News Record" of August 16, 1951, the Earlington Club House dated back to the 1880s and was used as a golf club until the 1920s when a new building was constructed. Thereafter it was used as a boarding house and apartments. Throughout the years, the local community held dances, card parties, and strawberry festivals at the site until the landmark was demolished in 1951. |
