| Caption | Frank Dollart was born in Tauroggen, Russia in 1857 to German parents and died in Seattle, Washington in 1932. He immigrated to Roslyn, Washington and worked on mine construction for the Northern Pacific Railroad from 1886 to 1907 before moving to Seattle. He was the father of Cora J. and Henry F. Dollart. |
