CaptionStill one of Seattle's premier restaurants, the Georgian Room has always offered elegant dining on a grand scale. The world-class hotel was built in 1924 on the original site of the Territorial University, now the University of Washington. Throughout the years, Seattle's only five star hotel has played host to an elite clientele including presidents, royalty, and entertainers.
