CaptionLulu Fairbanks was an active member of the Mountaineers and kept a scrapbook of their activities. This photo is included in an account of Labor Day activities at the newly completed lodge. After a day of hiking in the Snoqualmie Pass area, the group spent the second day working on the lodge and building trails. They then returned to Seattle by train.
