| Caption | This school opened as Broadway High School in 1902, and had 1700 students within two years. In 1946 it became Edison Technical School, a venue for men and women whose educations were interrupted by the war to continue their studies and receive job training. The program eventually evolved into today's Seattle Central Community College. |
