Caption"In the middle of the six-acre U.S. Science Pavilion are fountains and pools bridged by raised platforms leading to the buildings. The Science Arches establish the square gothic architectural theme and serve as a distinctive landmark to visitors to the Seattle World's Fair."

After the fair closed, the Science Pavilion became the Pacific Science Center.
