CaptionOpening day patrons cast curious glances at Ray Jensen's sculpture 'Pursuit of Knowledge' on the Fifth Avenue plaza of Seattle's Central Library. The bronze casting was one of several modern art pieces by northwest artists that graced the new building. The sculpture was removed when the library building was demolished in 2001 and relocated to the Rainier Beach Branch in January 2004.
