CaptionAnti-war demonstrators carry the U.S. flag upside down as they march from the University of Washington campus to the federal courthouse in downtown Seattle. Similar demonstrations took place on campuses all over the country after 4 Kent State University students were shot by the Ohio National Guard while protesting the U.S. bombing of Cambodia.
