NotesPattern No. 4831: Collared blouse with front section that extends past the waist and is finished at the bottom with embroidery. Attached belt is finished with buttons, and darts along the bust line are finished with embroidered arrows. Peplum is "laid in a box plait at the center back." Three-quarter bell sleeves are "finished at the lower edge with turn-back cuffs." Worn with a simple skirt and accessorized with a long necklace.
