Gorge
Dam

Powerhouse

built
by
Seattle
City
Light
and
completed
in
September

1924.
Two
wooden
truss
bridges
,
named
Devil's
Elbow
and
Ferry
Bar
,
carried
the
Seattle
City
Light
railroad
trains
from
one
river
bank
to the
other
side
and
back
again.
