Central Building, Seattle, Wash. 1216-18-20 Madison St.; Number 1, Broadway Building, bought 1905, sold 1906. Number 2, The St. Regis, 13th and Madison; Number 3, Minor Ave. and Denny Way. Number 4, 15th and E. Republican. Number 5, Second West and Kinnear.

On verso of image: 20 year 5% participating. Gold Bonds. Mature and are paid in cash in 20 years; guarantee 5% interst, paid semi-annually; share in profits annually, in addition; derive their large earnings from the income and increased value of Seattle real estate, the best security on earth. Cash dividends paid, 39% in three years. Issued in denominations of $100, $500, $1000. Terms: cash or monthly installments (5% interest paid on installments).
