Original home of Rush S. Drake. Warners are now living here. Prescott had it before them.
[Drake] lived in it [one or two] years then bought the Hammergrin tracts up the street. Sold to couple named Cox who sold to Prescott who sold to Warners. Warners sold to the John Oakleys.
