Caption in scrapbook: Mr. V. E. Brock, Director of Fish and Game Division for the territory of Hawaii with a 100 lb. sting ray he speared in the water off Prayer Island. Mr. Brock is holding spear he imbedded in the ray's brain. This deadly marine specimen staged a terrific battle.
