NotesPattern No. 4755: Kimona style shirtwaist with a long collar and a waistcoat-like front panel of tucked material. Short sleeves are "trimmed at the lower edge with turn-back cuffs and finished with narrow lace edging." Soft crushed girdle of satin ribbon ties at the right side back and is trimmed in the front with a flower brooch. Skirt is draped at the sides and gathered to the shirtwaist and waistcoat sections at the front and back. Frock is "trimmed with narrow Valenciennes lace." Accessorized with a deep-crowned, wide-brimmed hat trimmed with a ruffle and finished with flowers.

Pattern No. 4757: Kimona underwaist with elbow sleeves "trimmed with a narrow frilling of lace" and a neckline that is "gathered in front and held in place by a ribbon." Optional undersleeve is gathered at the wrist in a manner similar to the neckline. Overwaist is allowed to drape in back, forming a girdle. A sash ties at the left side front. Wrap skirt with a curved lower edge is "left open slightly to give greater freedom in walking." Accessorized with an open parasol trimmed with fringe.
